2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we offer a clear and hassle-free cancellation policy :

• Free Cancellation Up to 48 Hours in Advance: You may cancel your booking free of charge if done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time .
• Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.
• No-Shows: Guests who fail to show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will be charged the full amount.

3. Rescheduling Flexibility

• If your plans change but you’d still like to join us, you can reschedule your tour up to 48 hours in advance at no extra cost. Availability for rescheduled dates is subject to confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit-Free Booking: No deposit is required when booking in advance. Full payment is due at the local meeting point on the day of your tour.
